This is a quick warm up exercise that the badminton coaches LOVE for knees! If you have a knee that niggles for the first game or two or has trouble lunging at times to catch the net shot, then this is a great warm up for you.
1) Bend your knees slightly
2) Make circles with both knees, in both directions 30 times each way
