Chest and Biceps Day. 1 mile warm up on the treadmill. I swear the pace on the treadmill are off. While it recorded the pace as a 10 min pace, the effort to me felt more like a sub 9 effort. I know I have been running slow since starting back up, but I also know the effort was faster than a 10 min mile pace. The chest and biceps workout was all free weights except for one set done on a machine. Nothing against machines at all, just how things went today. Enjoying these sessions at the gym.
